Yes, we are fully registered with Ofsted and operate in accordance with all Supported Accommodation Regulations, including the Quality Standards. We are committed to delivering safe, high-quality support and maintaining full regulatory compliance, with transparent, commissioner-ready reporting and robust governance processes

Every young person receives a personalised support plan developed in partnership with their social worker, local authority, and wider professional network. Through structured, outcome-focused support, we help young people build the skills, confidence, and resilience needed to live independently, manage their finances, maintain a home, engage in education or employment, and make positive choices for their future.

Our dedicated placement team reviews secure referrals immediately, aiming to provide initial suitability assessments and vacancy decisions within two hours.

We carefully choose locations that provide young people with a safe, welcoming environment and easy access to education, training, healthcare, and local amenities. Our first home is based in the desirable Redlands area of Reading (RG1), and we are committed to expanding our services into other communities that offer the same opportunities for growth, independence, and wellbeing.
